Chocolate Dipped Chips

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bar Theo Organic Dark Chocolate Salted Almond
  • 1 bag (5oz) SpudLove Organic Sea Salt Potato Chips
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (this makes chocolate the perfect consistency for dipping!)

HOW TO MAKE

  1.  Melt and stir chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler or heavy saucepan.
  2. Dip half of each chip into the melted chocolate.
  3. Set on parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes, to taste (optional).
  5. Chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to set.
